- Warm Water2 tablespoon
- Sugar1 tablespoon
- Organic Yeast10 g
- Natural Yogurt2 tablespoon
- Melted margarine2 tablespoon
- Wheat flour2 cup
- Salt1 teaspoon
- In a small bowl, place the sugar, yeast and warm water, mix well.
- When it starts to bubble, add the yogurt and margarine. Reserve.
- In a large bowl, place the flour and salt, mix well.
- Make a hole in the middle and add the previously reserved mixture.
- Knead the dough well
- If necessary, add water little by little.
- When the dough is homogeneous and smooth, open it on a bench.
- Cut out discs with a glass.
- Place the disks of dough in a hot skillet.
- When golden on one side, turn to the other.
