Wheat flour with yeast350 g
Salt3 tablespoon
Sugar1/2 cup
Oil2 tablespoon
Water200 ml
Mozzarella cheese400 g
Olive70 g
Tomato sauce150 ml
Oregano40 g

Take a container and gather the ingredients, adding the water lightly.
Then take a mixer and beat the dough until it becomes a homogeneous consistency.
Then let it rest for 20 minutes. And then leave the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
Shape the dough to be straight and without unevenness, putting it in the oven to cook in the form of a pizza.
Then put the stuffing, that is, the tomato sauce, the mozzarella cheese, the sliced olives and the oregano. Put it in the oven for another 15 minutes and it's ready.
