- Water to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Milk600 ml
- Maizena3 tablespoon
- Oregano to taste
- Tomato sauce500 ml
- Ground beef500 g
- Beef broth1 unit(s)
- Green Smell to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Complete Seasonings to taste
- Ham to taste
- Cheese to taste
- Boil water with 1 tsp of olive oil. Put the pasta dough and let it cook until it gets to the desired point.
- In a pan sauté the meat and onion, when golden add the ground meat and sauté well.
- Put the pepper and a handful of green smell.
- Add the tomato sauce, a little more water and a bouillon cube
- If necessary, adjust the salt. Reserve.
- In another pan, place the milk and the cornstarch dissolved in milk. Put black pepper, full seasoning, olive oil. Bring to a boil, stirring well until it thickens. Reserve.
- Make sure the pasta is at the desired point and drain the water. Run cold water on the pasta to stop the cooking.
- In a shape put in alternate parts:
- Red sauce Pasta White sauce Ham Cheese
- Do this until the mold is full. Finally, add slices of cheese or grated cheese.
- If you prefer, garnish with green smell
- Bake in the oven at 200 degrees. When it starts to bubble, it's the cheese melting, it's ready.
