Oregano to taste

For the Sauce, in a pan put 2 tablespoons of oil, chicken, onion, tomato, sugar and seasonings to taste.
For the Molicata, in a pan put 3 tablespoons of oil and fry the onion, then add the breads. Remove from heat, add cheese and oregano.
Assembly in a refractory, put half of the pasta, followed by half of the sauce and half of the molicata, repeat the process and serve.
