- Mozzarella Cheese300 g
- Turkey breast300 g
- Tomato sauce200 g
- Margarine for greasing to taste
- Grated Parmesan to taste
- Cherry tomato for garnish to taste
- Basil to taste
- For each square of dough, place a slice of cheese, turkey breast and sauce and roll up like a roulade.
- In a refractory greased with margarine, arrange the rolls. Cover with tomato sauce and bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes.
