  • Sugar1 tablespoon
  • Cake Yeast1 tablespoon
  • Butter2 tablespoon
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Milk1 cup

  1. First thing: Turn on the oven (medium temperature) and let it heat up while you make the dough.
  2. Place the dry ingredients (flour, sugar, salt and yeast) in a bowl, mix and make a hole in the middle. Now add the butter, egg and milk.
  3. Mix first with a fork and then with your hands until it forms a ball. Remove small portions of dough and form balls. Place in a greased and floured form. Lightly tap the yolk and brush over the top with a brush.
  4. Leave space between the balls, as they grow a little. Place in the oven and bake until golden.
