  • Tapioca2 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Cheese to taste
  • Ham to taste
  • Fried smoked sausage to taste
  • Tomato to taste
  • Oregano to taste
  1. Mix the eggs, tapioca and salt well in a bowl. With a ladle, place a portion of the dough in an already hot skillet and rotate until it covers the entire space. When one side bubbles, flip the other side and you're done. Book the pasta.
  2. To assemble your pizza use whatever topping you want. I used cheese, ham, smoked sausage, tomato and oregano. With the dough in the skillet, make layers with each ingredient, cover and wait for the cheese to melt. All this on low heat.
