Recipe

Flour1/2 kg
warm water200 ml
Granulated Yeast1 can(s)
Oil1/2 cup
Salt1 teaspoon
Sugar1 coffee spoon
Cheese to taste
Mozzarella to taste

In a bowl, dissolve the yeast in warm water, add the oil, salt and sugar.
Gradually add the flour, mixing with your hands, until you get a homogeneous mass.
Add flour. Knead the dough for approximately 15 minutes, until smooth and releasing air bubbles.
Cover and let rest for 40 minutes.
Roll out the dough not too thick, leave about 0.5 cm.
Cut with a cutter or use a small round lid.
Place on greased baking sheet. Take to pre-bake for 10 minutes.
Remove from the oven and place the filling.
