- Flour1/2 kg
- warm water200 ml
- Granulated Yeast1 can(s)
- Oil1/2 cup
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Sugar1 coffee spoon
- Cheese to taste
- Mozzarella to taste
- In a bowl, dissolve the yeast in warm water, add the oil, salt and sugar.
- Gradually add the flour, mixing with your hands, until you get a homogeneous mass.
- Add flour. Knead the dough for approximately 15 minutes, until smooth and releasing air bubbles.
- Cover and let rest for 40 minutes.
- Roll out the dough not too thick, leave about 0.5 cm.
- Cut with a cutter or use a small round lid.
- Place on greased baking sheet. Take to pre-bake for 10 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and place the filling.
