- Wheat flour500 g
- Organic Yeast10 g
- Oil1/2 cup
- Warm water200 ml
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Sugar1 coffee spoon
- Tomato sauce1 unit(s)
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Pepperoni1 unit(s)
- Mozzarella cheese300 g
- Dissolve the yeast in the warm water, add the oil, salt and sugar.
- Add flour little by little, mix with your hands until you get a homogeneous mass.
- Work with the dough for approximately 15 minutes until smooth.
- Cover with a cloth and let it rest for 40 minutes.
- Roll out the dough not too thick, as it grows a lot, leave it with about 0.5 cm
- Cut with a cutter or use a small round cap
- Place on a greased baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes.
- Remove and fill with tomato sauce, cheese, pepperoni and onion.
- Bake for another 10 minutes or until the cheese is completely melted.
