  • Wheat flour250 g
  • Butter125 g
  • Egg4 unit(s)
  • Water2 tablespoon
  • Garlic in very thin slices3 unit(s)
  • Sour cream1 can(s)
  • Mozzarella grated100 g
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese2 tablespoon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  1. How to make the dough: Mix the flour, butter and 1 egg until it forms a crumb.
  2. Add the two tablespoons of ice water and gently knead to combine forming a ball.
  3. Filling: With a whisk, beat the eggs and cream.
  4. Saute the leek in the skillet with a little oil
  5. Mix the garlic in the cream and add the cheeses.
  6. Quiche assembly: Open the dough with your hands, assembling the bottom of the form and the side. Place the stuffing and bake for + or – 30 min (from 25 to 30) at a temperature of 180 degrees until golden. It's important to remember that each oven reacts differently, so be careful not to burn or remove the quiche too soon.
