- Minho flakes1 can(s)
- Coconut milk1 can(s)
- Yeast powder1 tablespoon
- Mix all ingredients in a blender
- After beating well, add the baking powder, beat quickly to mix the yeast.
- Add 100g or 50g of grated coconut mix with a spoon
- Add the dough in a greased form and take it to the oven for 40 min.
- After roasting, just take it out of the mold and put it in another container to wait for it to cool.
