- Wheat flour1 kg
- Butter150 g
- Garlic4 unit(s)
- Chopped Onion2 unit(s)
- Ground beef1 kg
- Chopped tomato2 unit(s)
- Green smell to taste
- Oil500 ml
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Place the Flour in a barge, the Butter and the Salt. Dissolve until it forms a crumb.
- Add warm water and mix until you get a consistent dough.
- Let it rest for a few minutes. Saute garlic and onion.
- When they are golden, add the meat, tomato and seasonings.
- Let it dry on the fire and set aside.
- Roll out the dough with a rolling pin. Cut the Pastel and Stuff to Taste.
- Place in a large pan and let it heat up.
- Put the pastries and let them get golden.
- After fried, place the pastry on a plate with paper towels, and let it drain.
