  • Wheat flour1 kg
  • Butter150 g
  • Garlic4 unit(s)
  • Chopped Onion2 unit(s)
  • Ground beef1 kg
  • Chopped tomato2 unit(s)
  • Green smell to taste
  • Oil500 ml
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  1. Place the Flour in a barge, the Butter and the Salt. Dissolve until it forms a crumb.
  2. Add warm water and mix until you get a consistent dough.
  3. Let it rest for a few minutes. Saute garlic and onion.
  4. When they are golden, add the meat, tomato and seasonings.
  5. Let it dry on the fire and set aside.
  6. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin. Cut the Pastel and Stuff to Taste.
  7. Place in a large pan and let it heat up.
  8. Put the pastries and let them get golden.
  9. After fried, place the pastry on a plate with paper towels, and let it drain.
