- milk1 cup
- biological yeast2 teaspoon
- butter3 tablespoon
- Start by heating the milk, it should go from lukewarm to cold. Add the yeast and sugar to the milk and set aside.
- In another bowl add the flour and salt. Combine the two mixtures and knead for 15 minutes.
- After kneading well, add the first spoon of butter. Knead and add the butter until it is all incorporated into the dough.
- When the dough is smooth and soft, let it rest for 20 minutes. After the desired shape and let the dough rest and rise before baking.
- Bake in a preheated oven for approximately 20 minutes at 180°.
- *You can separate the dough into balls and fill. Before baking you can also brush a beaten egg and put some seasonings.
