  • salt1/2 teaspoon
  • milk1 cup
  • biological yeast2 teaspoon
  • butter3 tablespoon
  1. Start by heating the milk, it should go from lukewarm to cold. Add the yeast and sugar to the milk and set aside.
  2. In another bowl add the flour and salt. Combine the two mixtures and knead for 15 minutes.
  3. After kneading well, add the first spoon of butter. Knead and add the butter until it is all incorporated into the dough.
  4. When the dough is smooth and soft, let it rest for 20 minutes. After the desired shape and let the dough rest and rise before baking.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven for approximately 20 minutes at 180°.
  6. *You can separate the dough into balls and fill. Before baking you can also brush a beaten egg and put some seasonings.
