  • Milk480 ml
  • Sugar200 g
  • Salt5 g
  • Oil250 ml
  • Fresh Organic Yeast50 g
  • Butter (full spoon)1 tablespoon
  • Cinnamon stick2 unit(s)
  1. Boil the milk with the butter and cinnamon, let it warm. Sift the wheat flour, set aside. The other ingredients in the blender along with the warm milk. Pour this mixture into a bowl and add the flour little by little until you get consistency. Let the dough rest until it doubles in volume. After this period, model the dough in the shape you want, take the breads to rise. After the buns have risen, mix an egg yolk with milk and pass over them, put in the oven for 00:35 minutes at 180°C. Syrup: Make a syrup with 100 ml of water and 1 cup of sugar over low heat until it thickens. Then after the breads bake, gently pass the syrup over the breads with the help of a cooking brush, finish with crystallized sugar.
