- Chopped Bacon2 cup
- grated mozzarella2 cup
- Seasoning0 to taste
- Wash the potatoes well and poke holes with a fork to make cooking easier. Put 10 minutes in the microwave
- Cook the chicken breast, seasonings to taste and shred. Cut the bacon into small pieces, fry and set aside.
- Once the potatoes are cooked, cut in half and remove the core.
- Stuff with the chicken, put the chopped bacon and finish with the grated mozzarella.
- Microwave for 3 minutes to brown and it's ready to serve.
