- In a bowl, mix the egg with the olive oil, add the salt, after that, gradually add the oatmeal and stir.
- Use warm water to bind the dough until it is homogeneous.
- After the dough is very homogeneous spread it on the microwave plate and take it to the microwave for 4 minutes.
- After 4 minutes, the dough will be ready to receive the filling of your choice.
- In my case I used tomato sauce spread over the dough, cream cheese, tomato and pepperoni with oregano. After filling the dough, I returned to the microwave for another 2 minutes to melt the curd.
