- Ham to taste
- Mash the sweet potato well, add the egg and mix well, kneading with a fork to get it well mixed, then add the yeast and salt.
- Transfer this mixture to a plate and microwave for 2 minutes.
- Then grill the pasta in the skillet, put sauce, cheese, ham and oregano (or stuffing to taste) and cap until the cheese melts.
