Microwave MeatballsIngredients

Misture a carne, com os temperos, o ovo e a farinha de trigo até formar uma massa homogênea. Faça as almôndegas, moldando duas colheres (chá) da massa de carne. Coloque todas as almôndegas em um recipiente refratário e leve ao micro-ondas por 6 minutos na potência alta. Junte o molho de tomate, cubra com uma tampa própria para micro-ondas ou com papel toalha e leve ao micro-ondas por mais 1 minuto. Sirva a seguir.

Mix the meat, seasonings, egg and wheat flour until a homogeneous mass is formed. Make the meatballs, molding two teaspoons of the meat dough.
