  • Ground beef1/2 kg
  • Oats or breadcrumbs1 tablespoon
  • Gem1 unit(s)
  • Chopped Onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Crushed garlic cloves2 unit(s)
  • Salt1 teaspoon
  • Green Smell to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Gluten-free pasta500 g
  • Homemade tomato sauce or ready-made sauce pack2 cup
  • Olive oil to taste
  1. Mix all the ingredients for the meatballs and make balls.
  2. Fry the meatballs in a frying pan with olive oil, until they are well sealed, golden. Don't try to do debt in 2 or 3 parts at once.
  3. Cook the pasta in salted water for the time described on the package, until al dente.
  4. Use homemade tomato sauce, if not, sauté a seasoning to give the sauce a flavor. Then add your meatballs in this sauce and let it cook for 10 minutes.
  5. Finish with green smell and put this sauce with meatballs over your already cooked and drained pasta. Enjoy your food! ><
