  • ground beef1 kg
  • salt to taste
  • tomato paste2 cup
  • garlic2 unit(s)
  • chopped onion1 unit(s)
  • beef broth2 unit(s)
  • mixed seasoning1 teaspoon
  1. In a pan, heat the oil and garlic until golden. Throw in the ground beef, salt, mixed seasoning and sauté for 10 minutes.
  2. Add the onion, tomato paste and beef broth. Make a very creamy sauce.
  3. On a clean and dry surface, open the dough and fill with the ready ground meat. Close the pastries with the help of a gatfo
  4. In a frying pan add oil and start frying the pastries. Serve immediately.
