  • ground beef2 kg
  • salt to taste

  • oil4 tablespoon
  • tomato paste4 cup
  • mozzarella cheese400 g
  • ham400 g
  1. In a pan add oil and garlic, brown and place the minced meat.
  2. Add salt to your taste, mixed seasoning, onion, beef broth and saute for 20 minutes.
