  • Pasta for lasagna1/1 kg
  • Cooked ground beef200 g
  • Boiled Potatoes3 unit(s)
  • Sour cream400 g
  • Corn and Peas to taste
  • Olive to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Ham250 g
  • Mozzarella300 g
  • Oregano to taste
  • Tomato sauce2 unit(s)
  1. Grease the refractory with tomato sauce
  2. Beat the English potato with 200g of cream in the blender, for but less 3 minutes or until it is very homogeneous. Reserve
  3. Place a layer of pasta and a layer of meat in the refractory.
  4. Add a layer of the potato sauce and add the corn and peas, ham and cheese.
  5. Continue alternating in the same order until finished. Finish with cheese and olives.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for more or less 20/25 minutes.
  7. And it's ready to serve!
