  • lasagna noodles500 g
  • Ground beef400 g
  • Oil1 teaspoon
  • Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
  • Garlic2 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  • Tomato sauce2 unit(s)
  • Ham250 g
  • Mozzarella200 g
  • Shredded cheese (optional)1 unit(s)
  1. Cook pasta al dente, after cooking, apply a little oil so that it does not stick (reserve). There are pasta that do not need cooking.
  2. For the sauce, sauté the garlic, onion, ground beef, then add the tomato sauce, let it cook for 5 minutes, set aside.
  3. In a pan put some sauce on the bottom, a layer of pasta, a layer of ham, a layer of mozzarella and repeat the sequence until the ingredients run out.
  4. Cover with grated cheese and bake for 30 minutes at 180º C or until golden brown. Then remove it and you're done. Enjoy your food!
