- Lasagna noodles500 g
- Ground beef1 kg
- Ham600 g
- Mozzarella600 g
- Onion1 to taste
- Oil3 tablespoon
- Garlic4 to taste
- Tomato sauce3 unit(s)
- Sauté the garlic, onion, ground meat and let it fry well when it is ready add the tomato sauce and let it cook for about 4 to 5 minutes.
- Mounting... Pour a part of the sauce already ready in a refractory, on top put the lasagna pasta, half of the mozzarella and ham, then sauce and alternate successively. Finally, finish with cheese, cover with aluminum foil and take it to the preheated oven, for about 25 to 30 minutes.
