  • Organic Yeast50 g
  • Sugar1 tablespoon
  • Salt1/2 tablespoon
  • Milk2 cup
  • Margarine2 tablespoon
  • Wheat flour1 kg
  • Ground beef800 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
  • Lemon juice2 unit(s)
  • Tomato sauce1 cup
  1. Place the yeast, sugar and salt in a bowl.
  2. Mix well with a spoon until the yeast dissolves.
  3. Add the warm milk and margarine, mixing well.
  4. Add the flour little by little, always mixing.
  5. Place the dough on a floured surface and knead until it has bubbles.
  6. Then divide the dough into balls and let rise for 30 to 40 minutes.
  7. Filling: Mix all the stuffing ingredients.
  8. Leave the stuffing inside a sieve for 30 minutes, to drain the excess liquid.
  9. Open the balls with the rolling pin, place the stuffing mixture with a spoon and close in the shape of a triangle.
  10. Place in greased and sprinkled pan and wait for it to rise.
  11. When doubled in volume, brush with egg yolk mixed with oil and put in the oven to bake. After it's ready and it cools down a little and just serve it.
