- Beef broth tablet1 unit(s)
- Sugar to taste
- In a pan over medium heat, place the milk, salt and mayonnaise. Stir until boiling. As soon as it boils, turn off and add the wheat flour. Stir well. Transfer to a smooth surface, roll and cut the gnocchi.
- In a pan over medium heat with a drizzle of oil, brown the onion and garlic. Add the ground beef and sauté. Add the tomato sauce, salt, sugar, and broth. Stir well and serve with the gnocchi. .
