- flour200 g
- sugar80 g
- Egg1 unit(s)
- orange blossom1 tablespoon
- olive oil300 ml
- orange juice1 cup
- pinch of salt1 to taste
- plant-based milk fillet1 unit(s)
- Place the sugar and egg in the bowl of your food processor, then blend until the mixture is frothy.
- Add the oil, orange juice, orange blossom and salt.
- Add the flour little by little.
- When the dough comes off the sides of the bowl, stop the robot and pick it up.
- Form a ball and place it in a bowl.
- Cover with a towel and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- On a floured surface, cut the dough into 8 equal portions.
- Form 8 sausages about four inches long, then flatten them slightly on top.
- Pinch the ends to create your shuttles.
- Make a cut with a knife in the middle of each shuttlecock.
- Arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush with milk and bake for 20 minutes at 180°C.
- Let cool on a rack.
- Store them in an airtight container.
