  • Boiled cassava150 g
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Dry yeast10 g
  • Corn oil80 ml
  • Sugar2 tablespoon
  • Salt1 coffee spoon
  • Warm water200 ml
  • Egg yolk for brushing1 unit(s)
  • Sesame to taste
  1. In the blender, beat water, oil, cooked cassava and egg. In a bowl I mixed the dry ingredients, flour, sugar, yeast and salt and added the blender mixture. Transfer the dough to a countertop to knead.
  2. Sove for 5 minutes until I disgrace my hands. Transfer to a bowl, cover with a cloth and let rest for 30 minutes.
  3. I transferred the dough again to the bench and opened it with a rolling pin, shaped my bread and placed it in a greased shape with oil, left it resting for 20 minutes and then took it to the oven but before that I brushed it with egg yolk and covered it with sesame seeds.
