- Wheat Flour450 g
- Boiled cassava150 g
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Dry yeast10 g
- Corn oil80 ml
- Sugar2 tablespoon
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Warm water200 ml
- Egg yolk for brushing1 unit(s)
- Sesame to taste
- In the blender, beat water, oil, cooked cassava and egg. In a bowl I mixed the dry ingredients, flour, sugar, yeast and salt and added the blender mixture. Transfer the dough to a countertop to knead.
- Sove for 5 minutes until I disgrace my hands. Transfer to a bowl, cover with a cloth and let rest for 30 minutes.
- I transferred the dough again to the bench and opened it with a rolling pin, shaped my bread and placed it in a greased shape with oil, left it resting for 20 minutes and then took it to the oven but before that I brushed it with egg yolk and covered it with sesame seeds.
