Primeiro vamos preparar o molho.
Tempere a carne moída e reserve. Em uma panela coloque o azeite para aquecer e a cebola picada. Quando começar a fritar a cebola, acrescente a carne.
Após bem fritar a carne, acrescente o molho de tomate, mexa bem e por fim o requeijão e desligue.

First, let's prepare the sauce.
Season the ground beef and set aside. In a pan put the oil to heat and the chopped onion. When the onion starts to fry, add the meat.
After well frying the meat, add the tomato sauce, stir well and finally the cottage cheese and turn off.

Em uma refratária, forre o fundo com o molho. Após, coloque o macarrão para lasanha e novamente o molho. Adicione uma camada de presunto, uma de Muçarela e salpique orégano. Repita o processo até acabar o molho.

In a refractory, line the bottom with the sauce. Then add the lasagna noodles and the sauce again. Add a layer of ham, a layer of Mozzarella and sprinkle with oregano. Repeat the process until the sauce runs out.

Leve para assar por 30 minutos e verifique se o macarrão está bem cozido antes de desligar.
