- Ground duck meat1 kg
- Mozzarella Cheese120 g
- Normally cook whole-wheat pasta in water;
- After ready and drained, sauté in garlic and onion;
- Reserve the pasta and go for the ground beef;
- Season the ground beef to taste and cook until it is very soft (add a little water if necessary);
- To assemble the dish you will have to make it in layers, in sequence one with macaroni, another with ground beef and another with cheese.
- After that take it to the oven until the cheese melts on top and after that it's ready!
