  • Fresh grated Parmesan50 g
  • Black pepper1 tablespoon
  • Boiling water2 l
  • Salt2 tablespoon
  1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the package, removing it 1 minute before the indicated time.
  2. Save a cup of the cooking water and discard the rest when draining the pasta.
  3. Return the pasta to the pan with the parmesan and pepper.
  4. Add some of the cooking water and mix well.
  5. Serve with more grated parmesan on top.
