  • Dehydrated Siitake20 g
  • Boiling water1 cup
  • Smoked paprika1 teaspoon
  • Milk200 ml
  • Corn starch1 tablespoon
  • Shoyo1 tablespoon
  • Garlic Cloves2 unit(s)
  • Salt0 to taste
  • Black pepper0 to taste
  • Small onion1 unit(s)
  • Short pasta of your choice250 g
  1. Start by soaking the shiitake in boiling paprika water for 15 minutes. Then, squeeze the shiitake slices with your hands without discarding the liquid. Chop into small cubes.
  2. Add the cornstarch to the water used to hydrate the mushroom and mix until dissolved.
  3. While the pasta is cooking, sauté the garlic and onion in a drizzle of olive oil. Combine the shiitake and soy sauce. Saute some more.
  4. Add the water with the starch, the milk, season with salt and pepper and stir until it thickens.
  5. Add parsley, mix and serve next.
