  • spaghetti noodles1 kg
  • water to cook the macaroni2 l
  • oil6 tablespoon
  • salt to taste
  • ground beef2 kg
  • garlic4 unit(s)
  • tomato paste2 unit(s)
  • chopped onion1 unit(s)
  • chopped pepper1 unit(s)
  • chopped tomato1 unit(s)
  • beef broth2 unit(s)
  • coriander1 unit(s)
  • Bahia seasoning1 dessert spoon
  • cottage cheese2 cup
  • oil to grease the refractory2 tablespoon
  1. In a pan add water, when it boils, cook the macaroni with salt for 8 minutes. Drain and reserve
  2. In another pan add the oil, garlic, brown and place the ground beef, salt, Bahian seasoning and sauté for 20 minutes.
  3. Go adding the onion, tomato, pepper, beef broth.
  4. Add the tomato paste and cilantro. It has to be broth. If necessary, add a little water and let it cook.
  5. Put the oil in a refractory, pour the pasta and the ground beef on top. Put the cheese on the meat and put it in the oven for 15 minutes.
