- Macaroni500 g
- Ground beef700 g
- Green Smell to taste
- Tomato sauce350 g
- Garlic1 unit(s)
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Olive oil to taste
- Water100 ml
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Cream cheese300 g
- Sugar1 dessert spoon
- Green pepper to taste
- Preparation mode: Fill a pan with water and put it on the fire until it boils. After boiling , add the pasta to cook. Ideally, the water should cover the pasta. Let it cook for approximately 7 minutes. After cooking, place the pasta in a colander to drain the water.
- Chop 2 cloves of garlic and half a medium onion and a little green pepper to taste.
- In another pan, add the olive oil (to taste) the garlic and the onion until it starts to brown. After that, add the ground beef then the chopped pepper and mix. The meat will release water, when this water starts to dry, add the tomato sauce and 100 ml of water.
- Add all the seasonings to taste and let this ground beef sauce cook for about 5 minutes, if it gets too dry, add a little more water. Taste and if you have too much acid, add 1 tablespoon of sugar to cut the acidity a little. Finally, add the green smell and turn off the pan.
- On a plate, place a portion of pasta, throw a portion of the ground beef sauce and finally, a spoon of cream cheese on top. Ready!
