  • Broccoli a few bunches to taste
  • Various cheeses500 g
  • Butter20 g
  • Wheat Flour40 g
  • cream2 tablespoon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Milk400 ml
  1. Grate the cheeses
  2. Cook the broccoli until it is alive and al dente, do not overcook it so as not to become mushy. I like steaming
  3. Cook the pasta in boiling water until it is a little less than al dente, because we are going to finish cooking it in the sauce.
  4. In a skillet melt the butter over low heat and stir in the flour stirring until the flour is golden
  5. Heat the milk a little, it does not need to boil and gradually mix it into the flour with butter. Keep mixing until you reach the point of the desired sauce.
  6. Stir well until the flour dissolves with the butter in the milk. Don't worry, it takes a long time to dissolve
  7. Add the cheese and stir until dissolved
  8. Add macaroni and cook for another 1 min and serve
