- Macaroni500 g
- Cottage cheese5 tablespoon
- Milk300 ml
- Wheat flour2 teaspoon
- Seasonings1 teaspoon
- Sour cream100 ml
- Cook the macaroni according to your prescription and set aside.
- In a pan, sauté the milk, seasoning and wheat flour, stirring constantly until it cooks (be sure to mix so it doesn't form lumps)
- Once cooked, add half a cup of cream and the curd.
- Mix well until you reach a creamy consistency.
- Add the cream cheese to the pasta.
