  • Macaroni1 kg
  • Mozzarella Cheese400 kg
  • Gorgonzola Cheese200 kg
  • Brie Cheese150 kg
  • Cherry Tomatoes or Grapes in Box2 can(s)
  • Salt to taste
  • Garlic (cloves)3 unit(s)
  • Basil1 unit(s)
  • Olive oil to taste
  1. Bring the pasta water to a boil.
  2. On a platter, place the cheeses, the two boxes of tomatoes, the garlic cloves and the basil.
  3. Season the tomatoes with salt to taste (remembering that the cheeses are salty) and drizzle with plenty of olive oil.
  4. Bake in the oven until the cheeses are well melted and the tomatoes are cooked through.
  5. Put the pasta on to cook close to the time to remove the dish from the oven.
  6. Remove the dish from the oven and remove the garlic cloves.
  7. Mix the cheeses well with the tomatoes.
  8. Add the macaroni little by little and mix well.
  9. Finish with Parmesan cheese and more basil.
  10. Serve while still hot.
