  • Cooked chicken, shredded and already seasoned400 g
  • Chicken broth tablet1 unit(s)
  • Small onion1 unit(s)
  • medium tomatoes4 unit(s)
  • medium carrot1 unit(s)
  • Olives to taste
  • Cream cheese200 g
  • Milk1/2 cup
  • Sliced Mozzarella150 g
  • Pasta of your choice250 g
  1. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over high heat and sauté the onion for 2 minutes, or until translucent. Add the chicken, tomato, carrot, olive and chicken tail and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the curd and milk, and cook, stirring constantly, until thickened (about 3 minutes). Spread a layer of the sauce on the bottom of a refractory and cover with a layer of pasta. Repeat the layers, ending with the sauce. Cover with the mozzarella and take it to the medium oven (180 degrees), preheated, for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
