- semola pasta400 g
- Mozzarella cheese250 g
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Corn1 can(s)
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Tomato sauce1 can(s)
- Salt to taste
- Oil1 tablespoon
- Cook the noodles for 3 minutes, anchor the noodles
- In a pan over medium heat, add a spoon of oil, sauté the onion, add the pasta and stir.
- Add the tomato sauce, sour cream, salt, cover and let it cook for 3 minutes.
- Stir and add the cheese, cover, let the cheese melt in the macaroni, add the corn, turn off the heat and be ready.
