- cooked al dente penne500 g
- 2 of olive oil2 tablespoon
- minced garlic cloves2 unit(s)
- can of tomato sauce1 can(s)
- your favorite curd200 g
- can of sour cream1 can(s)
- chopped ham300 g
- chopped mozzarella300 g
- Grated Parmesan Cheese to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a pan, heat the oil and sauté the garlic. Add the tomato sauce, cream cheese and cream. Season with salt and pepper. Leave on low heat until the cheese melts. Turn off the heat and mix in the chopped mozzarella and ham. In a refractory place the macaroni, pour the sauce and sprinkle the grated cheese. Leave for 20 minutes in a preheated oven. Serve immediately
