Macaroni in White Sauce with Bacon

- Bacon cut into cubes150 g
- Penne pasta1/2 unit(s)
- Water3 cup
- Oil3 tablespoon
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Parmesan cheese to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley to taste
- Salt to taste
- Cook the macaroni as usual.
- In a pan, fry the bacon cubes in a drizzle of oil until golden brown. Add the chopped onion and let it brown with the bacon. Then add the water and let it cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Then add the cream, the black pepper and mix well and turn off the heat.
- In a refractory, place the pasta already cooked and drained and add the sauce. Finish by sprinkling the chopped parsley and grated Parmesan cheese.
