- Penne Grano Duro Pasta1 kg
- Gorgonzola Cheese1 unit(s)
- cherry tomato400 g
- Mozzarella cheese400 g
- Whole small onion3 unit(s)
- Whole garlic3 unit(s)
- Olive oil100 ml
- On a platter, place the cheeses, tomato, onion, garlic and seasonings of your choice. I used pepper, pink salt and green smell. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 20 minutes or until the cheeses melt.
- Cook the pasta in a pan with water, salt and oil for 4 to 6 minutes.
- After cooking the pasta, remove the dish from the oven and pour in the drained pasta, mixing well.
- Is ready! It's delicious!
