Pasta cooked al dente250 g
2 cups of milk400 ml
2 tablespoons of wheat flour40 g
1 box of sour cream200 g
Sliced cheddar cheese4 unit(s)
Bacon100 g
Mozzarella Cheese to taste

In a pan, put the bacon in cubes and fry until golden. Remove the bacon from the pan and set aside.
Add the wheat flour to the fat that has escaped from the bacon and sauté it quickly.
Add the milk and stir with a whisk until a smooth, thick cream is formed.
Add the cheddar cheese, the cream, adjust the salt and mix until the added ingredients are incorporated.
In a bowl, place the pasta cooked al dente, add the sauce and mix.
Sprinkle with grated cheese, bacon, and bake until browned. Help yourself.
