- Carob Pasta500 g
- Creamy Cheddar3 tablespoon
- Milk2 cup
- Wheat Flour1 tablespoon
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Paprika1 tablespoon
- Green smell to taste
- Mozzarella200 g
- Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until it becomes aldent.
- For the sauce melt the butter add the flour and let this little mixture cook a little it will bind the sauce
- Add the chilled milk little by little, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
- Add the creamy cheddar, mozzarella cheese and incorporate everything to form the sauce, add the pasta and finish with paprika and parsley
