Carob Pasta500 g
Creamy Cheddar3 tablespoon
Milk2 cup
Wheat Flour1 tablespoon
Butter1 tablespoon
Paprika1 tablespoon
Green smell to taste
Mozzarella200 g

Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until it becomes aldent.
For the sauce melt the butter add the flour and let this little mixture cook a little it will bind the sauce
Add the chilled milk little by little, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
Add the creamy cheddar, mozzarella cheese and incorporate everything to form the sauce, add the pasta and finish with paprika and parsley
