- Butter3 tablespoon
- Wheat flour2 dessert spoon
- Milk2 cup
- cheddar cheese230 g
- Cooked snail noodles500 g
- Parmesan cheese to taste
- In a pan take the 3 tablespoons of butter, when it melts add the wheat flour and mix well.
- Add the two cups of milk, wait for it to thicken to mix the cheddar.
- Place the cooked pasta on a serving platter, pour the cheddar sauce on top and sprinkle the Parmesan cheese.
- Bake in the oven until golden.
