  • Snail Noodles400 g
  • Garlic1 unit(s)
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Mozzarella cheese4 unit(s)
  • cheddar cheese6 unit(s)
  • Olive oil to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Black and allspice pepper to taste
  • Bacon1 cup
  • Milk500 ml
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  1. Fry the diced bacon with a little olive oil.
  2. In the same deep pan/frying pan, add the onion and garlic, also chopped into cubes, add the butter and fry everything until golden. Take the opportunity to add a pinch of salt and a little pepper to the pan.
  3. Now add the milk and wait for it to boil. Once it reaches the boiling point, put the pasta on to cook.
  4. Wait until the pasta is al dente and the mixture reduces a little, due to the starch in the pasta. Correct the salt and pepper to your liking, but do not overdo it as the two cheeses will still be added.
  5. When reduced a little and al dente, place the two cheeses in the pan and mix well, until smooth. Remember to reserve some mozzarella cheese for finishing.
  6. After everything is well mixed, place the rest of the mozzarella cheese on top of the dough and put it in the oven. If your frying pan/pan can go in the oven, use it yourself, otherwise, use an oven-safe container.
  7. Wait for the cheese to brown and serve.
