- Snail Noodles400 g

- Mozzarella cheese4 unit(s)
- cheddar cheese6 unit(s)
- Olive oil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Black and allspice pepper to taste
- Bacon1 cup
- Milk500 ml
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Fry the diced bacon with a little olive oil.
- In the same deep pan/frying pan, add the onion and garlic, also chopped into cubes, add the butter and fry everything until golden. Take the opportunity to add a pinch of salt and a little pepper to the pan.
- Now add the milk and wait for it to boil. Once it reaches the boiling point, put the pasta on to cook.
- Wait until the pasta is al dente and the mixture reduces a little, due to the starch in the pasta. Correct the salt and pepper to your liking, but do not overdo it as the two cheeses will still be added.
- When reduced a little and al dente, place the two cheeses in the pan and mix well, until smooth. Remember to reserve some mozzarella cheese for finishing.
- After everything is well mixed, place the rest of the mozzarella cheese on top of the dough and put it in the oven. If your frying pan/pan can go in the oven, use it yourself, otherwise, use an oven-safe container.
- Wait for the cheese to brown and serve.
