- Gouda cheese120 g

- Smoked paprika1 coffee spoon
- Place 1 liter of milk, basil, bay leaf and nutmeg in the pan over high heat.
- When it starts to boil, remove the basil and bay leaf, they serve to give a flavor to the milk.
- Add the pasta and let it be al dente.
- Add the cheeses and paprika and mix well. If it thickens too much, just add a little milk, little by little, as needed. And it's done!
