  • Mozzarella cheese120 g
  • Provolone cheese120 g
  • Gouda cheese120 g
  • cheddar cheese120 g
  • Bay Leaves2 unit(s)
  • Sprig of Basil1 unit(s)
  • Nutmeg1 coffee spoon
  • Smoked paprika1 coffee spoon
  1. Place 1 liter of milk, basil, bay leaf and nutmeg in the pan over high heat.
  2. When it starts to boil, remove the basil and bay leaf, they serve to give a flavor to the milk.
  3. Add the pasta and let it be al dente.
  4. Add the cheeses and paprika and mix well. If it thickens too much, just add a little milk, little by little, as needed. And it's done!
